Refund policy
Due to the product's nature and hygiene considerations, we require all items to be returned in their original, unopened packaging for refunds. Items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for a refund. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, during sale periods, Nude Lashes Limited cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for unwanted items due to the exclusivity of the offer.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, we're happy to assist with an exchange or refund. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days.
Please be aware that our handmade lashes may have slight variations due to their unique creation process. This is not a flaw but rather part of the individual crafting by our team.
For processing a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
